Many companies, especially small independants, do not have the time or personnel to properly scrutinize their invoices. This is the service that I offer, payable on a contingiency basis. Many companies are overcharged by service providers and vendors. Mostly, these overcharges are in the areas of utilities, (phone, water, gas and electricity), telecommunications,(cell phones, pagers, and long distance service), and materials invoices, (pricing problems and shipping charges.) I will ananlyze all of your invoices on a monthly basis, and only charge a fee equal to 35% of the total savings. Example, if I find $1000 monthly in overcharges, my fee is $350, while you save $650. That's $6500 more in monthly profits than you would have had if the invoices had not been audited. In order to receive my services, I only require 3 things: 1. A contract for a minimum of threes months at the rate of 35%. 2. An agreement that I will analyze ALL invoices charged to your company. 3. That my fees are paid within 30 days of the invoice date. There are no doubts that I can save you a tremendous amount of money over time, and that these savings will increase the profitability of your company. And the nicest thing is that you only pay for the service when I save you money. Convenience is a factor as well, and this service is very convenient, as all apects can be handled by phone, fax, mail, and e-mail. Additionally, with each monthly analysis, you will also receive charts to show you where your money is going, and to whom it is being paid.
